Don Kavan Endorses Nancy Meyer

Don Kavan, retiring incumbant, has endorsed Nancy Meyer for his seat on the NRD.   A longtime Nebraska farmer, he served for 46 years as Board Member for Sub-District 7 of the Lower Platte North NRD. Here he is congratulating Nancy on becoming a candidate for his seat.
